When you first come face to face with Beira of the Rotten Pack, it hits you pretty quick that this fight is not just about hitting hard. It’s about reacting fast and staying aware of what’s going on. She’s dangerous, sure, but it’s the way she keeps you moving that makes it tricky.

Her poison-based attacks are a constant threat, and you can’t just park yourself in one spot hoping to power through. You’ll spot her crouching a heartbeat before she does that nasty leap — dodge sideways, not back, or you’ll still get clipped. Her swiping combo can chunk your health if you mistime it, and that poison spit, while slow, leaves a puddle that’ll chew right through you. Keep moving, look for those tiny openings after she finishes an attack, and slip in some damage before dancing away again. Having solid PoE 2 Items that boost your survivability can give you some breathing room here.

Once she’s down about a quarter of her health, she’ll howl, and that’s your cue that things are about to get way more chaotic. The Rotten Pack wolves pour in, fast and aggressive, and those bites can stack bleed shockingly fast. Ignore them and you’ll regret it. Best bet is to round them up and smack them with any area damage you’ve got, but you’ll need to keep Beira’s position in mind or she’ll lunge and smash right through you mid-fight. A lot of players try to tunnel the boss here, but clearing the adds first makes a huge difference — fewer things to dodge means you can keep your rhythm.

With her health in the danger zone, around 40%, she goes fully feral. She’ll move quicker, hit harder, and start pulling out her Feral Howl — which is basically a big AoE blast that you’ve got to get out of before it lands. You’ll see the circle spreading from her, and yeah, that’s your “run now” moment. Getting caught in it cuts your defenses so badly that even a stray hit can finish you off. Don’t overcommit to offense here; patience and good positioning will outlast her rage. It’s tempting to try and finish her quickly, but greedy mistakes get punished hard in this phase.

To stack the odds in your favour, cap your poison resistance before the fight. It’ll take a lot of sting out of her kit. Carry a flask that clears bleed for the wolves, and a movement skill — something like Dash — is almost a must for dodging her leap and escaping that howl. Nail the pattern, keep your spacing right, and take the fight on your terms.

That’s how you walk away from this one. Gear smart, play smart, and if you need an edge, check out u4gm poe to beef up your build before stepping into her den.
