Answers:

1. To enchant an M202RR hack, you must first get a Silk touch enchanted book, one anvil, a lot of experience points and an M202RR hack. you then place down the anvil, put the M202RR hack in first and then put the Silk Touch book in, then click the third box to take it out of the anvil.

2)  If a player is hacking, I shall issue 3 warnings first. If they do not comply, I make a report on the forums

4) Admins are responsible of being a good role model, supporting Rival Rebels and enforcing the rules

5) Give them a warning

6) Admins are capable of using of special commands, like /kick or /gamemode if nessacary

7) Admins are not allowed to abuse their powers, for example banning people for no reason or unfairly interfering with games by going on gamemode 1, they are not allowed to de-op other admins, teleport players without their permission, troll players without their permission or give players items

8) The rank-up between admins is when an admin gains enough reputation to move up a rank, allowing them to do more things and are trusted with more responsibilities.

9) In a flame war circumstance, I should not join in and make things worse, instead I should issue 3 warnings to whoever is swearing/disobeying the rules and if they do not comply I make a report

10) If I or any player is being harrassed, I should first warn them and then kick them and report on the forums

Also, Pauwg. There is no reason to release anger on Ballistic, especially since he is being kind enough to help you. Keeping a good attitude in experiences such as these proves to us that you can handle more mature tasks, so far you have shown little effort in this area.

I agree with Alex and others , IC is especially designed to train people , if an IC is  cheeky , rude and so imperative ,it gives a horrible first impression of  the staff team…. I don’t see why would you be so angry at Ballistic , who not only made your job easier is , is your superrior. This is unacceptable for a staff member.Rememer that is only my opinion/
