Ive been wondering how we can get people interested in this mod again? I remember when the MC mod youtube community got ahold of it the server had several people on all the time. now the server sees maybe 2 people a day.

what could we do to bring in players?

I feel that is our job as moderators to help get people on the Rival Rebels Hype train and to cultivate the interest in it.

We Need to get this mod back to the youtube mc community again.

Well klaus im afraid well it turns out a lot of people dont play MC anymore cause RR started getting boring for them and they were starting to get older so less people use the server cause its unfortunately starting to get boring for them cause they are getting older and the things are changing so that stuff happened but there is not much if not nothing we can do…

I can run 3 games on this laptop. Roblox. Mc (at 15-20 fps) and HL1

I feel as though Rival Rebels has much bigger problems right now, and the servers will be obselete when the game comes out. Just my opinion on the matter.

Well, on my experience the best way I know is YT, thats way I’m making a big effort to grow both RR channels, inviting people to join and making them participate in the videos. I spend most of my time coding the game, making vids and interacting (besides school).

But there are other factors at play, the MC modding community is screwed, modding got harder, limited and boring for the new MC versions. You can ask HB about it, he has a fresh view on the matter.

So the best way to help is being active in YT, in the comments, sharing, liking etc. So the YT algorithm presents any RR videos to more people that has similar interest.

Maybe 90 % of RR members came from YT… 0_o

Rodol do make a point at this point YouTube is the only way to promote Rival rebels. Yet if only there was a way to promote individual battles. The server may have it’s limits with Rival Rebels but what are those limits(I am getting to a really popular 80’s song now) we may beagle to push it to it’s limt by risk doing a live stream (even I wound not even watch it because I dislike watching videos about games) to promote people to fill the servers.

But how to get PopularMc MMO guy to enter a big name would be like nuking the rep poles(in a good way that is).
