Ok,

Now I need you to understand how the new OP system works.

OP [Outpost Police unit] groups all ranked members. So what IC does is to accept or decline applicants to the OP unit.

Example:

Mr Noob – I want to be admin!

IC guy – Ok, first you have to gain 15 reputation points to get accepted into AD [Advanced Denizen unit]

Mr Noob- How do I get Rep Points??

IC guy-  Be active on the forums for some time so you learn how do we do things around here.

Mr Noob-  I got it! I have the AD medal! Can I be admin now?

IC guy – Yep, but please answer these questions…

So IC guy gets some 10 questions from here or makes up some good ones.

Now, Mr Noob is no longer a noob and answers at least 7 questions correctly. The IC guy approves and goes to the members page here to click the badge button for that member and selects OP from the drop menu and clicks “badge”.

Good job!! The new guy now is part of OP unit, the Sergeant Badge show up on his profile and posts. Also 15 points of rep are automatically subtracted from them in order to pay for his OP membership.

3 Rep points are given to the IC guy (the one that badges) as a bonus.

Note: Rep compensation is not yet implemented, but will be soon.

Yes, but you are in the same position as Klaus, not the required rank nor the Reputation, and I can not keep on making exceptions (in Klaus’ case I trust 0nim’s call) So lets do something, Ill take you in IC as soon as you pass 15 rep.

anyway please learn how IC works by sticking around Klaus and Destroyer.
