Important Changes to the Unit system

It appears that I read this, then forgot. Wow.. Anyway, I’m going to start brainstorming the amount of points you should obtain in order to be able to be an applicant for OP u it. As well as other things that need to be temporarily added for OP unit.
Warning: SEIZURE ALERTAfter brainstorming for a few days, I’ve come up with some numbers. Please note that this is experimental and not to be concluded.
1. The AD applicant needs to earn the staff team’s trust/ability to be a part of the workforce as well as being active. (For most of the time) If we accept somebody, we don’t want him/her to be a nuisance and problem to the staff team and the civilians of Rival Rebels.
Q: Rodol, when you mentioned points in the piece of text, is that the Reputation? It was a bit unclear to me.
“OK, we need to put together the requirements to apply for the OP unit. People who wants to join our Ranks need to have the basic 15 rep to get AD, but on top of that they need X amount of points (to be determined by us) based on their RR promoting activity over a month or two. Something that we all agree equals the effort you guys made to get early access (quite a bit!).”
2. By setting the bar in the “Changes” category, I feel like the user should have had done enough to have helped out the community in order to move up in the future and evolution of the game. (This will be another factor determining if the user will have been accepted into the staff team) On top of that, the user should have at least 100-150 posts. (Not spam of course)
The staff team accepting the AD applicants into the administration should be a lot more strict.
I hope this initial idea of creating a well-balanced system for OP administration methods helped out Rodol and the staff team.
Feel free to change what I have said.
Warning: SEIZURE ALERTI’m pretty sure by “points”, you meant points as in points allocated through Social Media. I believe that is a judgemental thing, so a good estimate could be about 10 – 20. Also, I feel as if we should give them X amount of points when promoting the game through various Social Medias. However, this is just a suggestion, it doesn’t have to be final. Thanks!
