General information:
The newest version is 1.0.21 and can be downloaded here:

The file is an universal version, meaning that it can be used both for servers and clients.
For server owners (in that case, you Rodol):
Crank down the explosions size in the config (or at least everything with a radius >175) Any other value can be whatever you want (this includes ore generation, dungeons, or some general rules)
For regular players:
Do not use the tsar bomba, ivy mike or the prototype unless the values have been adjusted.
Other tings not to use:
-Schrabidium Grenade
-Schrabidium Hammer
-For real, keep your fingers off that stuff
-Mark VI Drill Grenade
-Any food besides vanilla stuff and tem flakes
-Syringes (don’t do drugs)
-Wands
-Nuclear Reactors (unless properly cooled)
-Nuclear Creepers
-Charged Nuclear Creepers
-Pissed charged Nuclear Creepers
-Pissed charged Nuclear Creepers which are under the influence of drugs
