After a long time of being afk I figured what RR needs the most
Leadership
So anyway what is leadership.
Leadership is having a roll in a leading roll. But for starting admins you need to enforce the rules for players who are new to RR and the admins who didn’t read all of the rules.I think everyone in the RR community should have some more leadership.Also I think its just stupid that the admins have gm1 here why. A player is getting team killed by another teammate and the admin is just building what ever they want )or trolling the player) and they don’t enforce the rules and stop the team killing. A Leader also helps clear the path of other admins and players of what they want to do in RR and what position should they apply for. For the admins who play a roll in the community you need to help and tell the admins who are looking for a roll to apply for to show them what you do sense there are now positions and even I don’t get some of them but the admins who are in those position/s do.
