Sorry to revive this topic but i had an idea to keep powers in check. What if we brought HA back? Then Fm doesnt handle everything. at this point FM handles even the servers. HA should handle servers and FM handle strictly the forums. With that being said we should also limit 1 major unit per person. Meaning if you have FM you only handle FM duties. IC handles only IC. So no one can have more than one. If you have IC then thats it. This shouldnt effect TL, EB, or anything among those lines. This way no one has more power due to multiple units.
