Well if you wish (although I will be honest about it so please don’t get angry).I think that you just treat IC as a prize rather than a duty. IC as practically all other units , maybe with the exception of some game-related units, should be perceived as one’s duty.From my experience on Rival Rebels being staff is being a public servant a.k.a servant of players who are outside of administration and guiding lower admins.Second is your amount of posts, please don’t get me wrong but Forums by design aren’t like IRC/discord/skype.I think and FM’s might agree with me on this one that Forums are for serious issues such as ban reports/ bug reports/serious long-term discussions/suggestions .And my last but not least point is your constant name changes , your “display name ” as called by the RR Forums is mostly used for identification , and constantly changing it harms the idea of a name(Although I see that you’ve stopped changing the so much recently.And finally please read the posts in their entirety.I hope my rant/essay/post helps you get IC :)
