@HB 1- yes a lance duel sounds fun… :) 2- yes the terrain structures’ clean cut is a limitation of my system, I can not add noise to that. But the user made buildings (built using the shaper) are affected by the damage system, the same way the Corsair is affected (scorch, deformation and de-spawning)

@Ball the Rave 1 frame has a non-modular builtin input on the front and an output on the bottom to provide lift, and avoid scraping the floor. The micro DMD (modular) provides all of the forward propulsion. Flying uphill will be slower since the DMD will have to fight against gravity.

@titan, yep, the physics of these are very complicated, I’ve been dealing with inertia tensors, mass, and angular velocity. On top of that Tyranika is a planetoid, part of a small cluster of dwarf bodies, so gravity is less than earth gravity.

Also, @HB, the 5×8 in your signature, has that anything to do with the 5/8 theorem about abelian groups?

@Hb yeah, but to make that possible I’ll need to dev a sys that allows user artwork submission (in vector graphics only, SVG format), and go through moderation and approval of the art work, and then main deployment (add it to the actual decal atlas) so everybody can see the same design… So it is too complicated for now and involves too many layers of dev.

The stripes are covered, as for lighting bolts, we only have one in a circular frame… we probably need another one.
I think setting up a decal wish list thread is the way to go, so that I can take the most popular ones and make an entire sheet. (and scrap ideas that could potentially break copyright or something else)

Yeah, the GDPR (the European Union rules about privacy) set the new guidelines on how sites and companies should handle user data, and the “about my original character” thing was there long before I set up the new TOS and user consent. The Skills or Roles and Notes are very general, so I’m not asking people to give any specific info.
