Sorry, but the current system is proven to work well, we have been adjusting it over the last 4 years. To become OP, first you have to be active on the forum / servers for 14 days, and then (if you choose to) you go through the questions. The IC gives 7 to 10 where the candidate has to show technical skills, knowledge and patience.
So don’t say its easy… because its not. The real problem here is that you guys completely dropped the ball. If you want me to ever finish the game I need to trust FM and IC to take care of the Forums and Server.
Also if you care to read the unit description IC is in charge of internal affairs so it cross checks FM’s conduct.
That is why I trusted Hbm and Luke’s decisions, but yeah, both screwed up, and the rest of you that where aware of the “injustice” or “abuse” did not follow the correct channels. The rules clearly say that you have to file an admin abuse report, but yeah, nobody did and instead you started that conspiracy plot and cover up crap.
So dudes, get a grip, when I checked all the screw up evidence I had two options, either halt everybody’s promotions for failing to follow the rules or ignore the whole mess.
And for you Michal, if you want to be FM just say so, but be sure that you have the time, interest, social skills and patience to go trough training. Also all the work is VOLUNTARY.
And that is why I TRUST LUKE AND HBM, they support me and this community through the years and it’s the first time they both screwed up, so yeah, RR is famous for giving 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances…
So lets chillax and start over. (I’m possessed! I sound like Toyguy)
