As y’all know to get to FM it takes about a half of a year (or major.This means that we have  a strange paradox , we have around 70 people in OP whilst having only few in important units such as FM and IC.My proposal is to remove all inactive OP’s then the rest would take a  long test that evaluates their technological knowledge , mentality and other skills neccesarry from an Administrator . Depending  on the score the applicant will be assigned to 1 of 3 units :

1. OP (would mostly remain the same , server rule enforcment)
2. IC(They would be responsible on managing and keeping the test up to date and safe guarding the community from wars and fake accounts)
3. FM ( would cooperate with IC to enforce forum ToS they can ban from the forums and terminate the account)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  When the applicant first joins a unit  he or she are considered an intern untill the unit’s commander or TF will consider them as fully trained and ready, interns wouldn’t have all the powers of a standard member.Each unit would have a commander that is in charge of it , he or she may demote or promote people inside unit and remove them if the TF agrees.TF would recruit the best of the best from each unit and safeguard them all from abuse. Each unit with exception of TF responds to TF whilst TF responds directly to Rodol. I believe this’d  help with the lack of FM’s and help newer players contribute in the community.

I 100% agree with an idea such as this one, we just need some sort of reform to re-shape the staff team. However, I had an idea for the people who would be removed. We could make a separate branch, only for the people who are ‘retired’ and do not participate in the community anymore. Furthermore, this whole idea is something we could use, in my opinion.

To be honestly I think a reform would be nice but you are ignoring the bigger picture. Most admins are inactive (rodol is working on that) and not everyone can be trusted as an FM or IC especially if they could terminate accounts. But I did where this is going but changes are it won’t go though

Well essentially they’d be classified as interns a.k.a FM’s , IC’s and OP’s in training which gives them little to no power untill they are fully trained and trusted , Unit commander together with TF will decide on who is fully trained.

Well i guess its ok for the community And also having TF and FM do there work for the job and promotions.
But fully trusted would be such considered For the job.

I am thinking of ways to have TF more involved, as I am currently leading it. However, there’s not that much I can do as promotions happen because of the amount of time you put in to the community.

Well what about demotions? You can tell rodol who no to rank up or to rank down.

Alex and lukep have the same amount of units and same type but accept for ranks.
Alex is higher then lukep.

Anyhow, to get this thread back on-topic, I would just like to point out that if this were to happen, no major changes would take place. I feel that demoting those who have been inactive for the past year would be the best idea, as they have not been here for the changes to trainings, the forums, ect.
