so I was playing Rival Rebels mod on Rodol’s server when a player called “Yaknafein” joined the game. we were talking casually for a bit, when he brought up the fact that he uses a variety of mods. I used the inspect command and screenshot-ed a list of mods he used. I was not sure if they were considered cheats or not. Most of them were just to do with graphics, which are fine, but the only one i had a suspicion about was damage indicators mod. Because I did not want him to get away with using cheats, but at the same time I did not want to abuse admin powers by warning him for something which is not cheats, I kindly asked him to remove them. He told me they did not add anything. Later on he also brought up that damage indicators allows you to see people with SLR. Because I am not sure whether these are considered cheating or not, I told him he could use them for the meantime and I will get back to him about it next time I see him, so I decided to ask you guys. Sorry I let you guys down, I should probably know cheat from not a cheat. It is just damage indicators is the kind of thing which is 50/50, I think.
Later:
so i was talking to Rodol on the Rival rebels chat and he told me Damage Indicators are allowed. I waited for Yaknafein to join the game, and i told him he is allowed to use it.
