Look when i see the forums i get a headache at what it has become. We need to all change or RR will die. I say we need to lay down some ground rules to attempt to fix it. This is not targeting anyone in particular this is targeting everyone as a whole.

 

1.Username changing: Yes i am aware of what has happened in the past but read me out(Hehe did you see what i did there?) Anyways we need a limit. Perhaps maybe allow you to change it 3 times every 30 days maybe?

 

2.Commenting on posts: We need to try to keep posts relevant to the topic. Perhaps we need a forth forum set for off-topic posts aside from the community one.

 

3.Flame/salt wars: Those need to end. Period. This plays a major role in the forums life. If this keeps up RR WILL die. If you are are upset or angry with someone take it somewhere else. We dont want it here.

 

4.Just get along: Another big issue. We need to just learn to get along. I know we may not always agree on things but thats not a reason to lost friends for it.

 

5.Take admin seriously: Another issue. Admin isnt about being OP or the servers, its about the community as a whole. A major role of admin is to help out.

Also Rodol needs to add this to RR:http://imgur.com/a/YOk3A   Its the C100 Combat Knife From Bf4. Equiped with a rifle bipod for increased stability when stabbing people:P Jk but that would be cool for RR. :D

I agree. I was thinking of making a topic similar to this about problems and how to solve them, but you beat me to it I guess.

I just want to say that when someone leaves this community, we don’t just say goodbye and say our paragraphs to them or whatever, we gotta actually find the root of the problem and fix it. Wither left for a reason. Pyro left for a reason. We gotta find out what these reasons are and fix them

I agree to these especially the last one #5 admins need to take their power seriously this is not a joke or a tool to have fun on servers “with great power comes great responsibility”.

Yes back then there were a lot of fights. I remember huge fighting between admins and spam was a lot more common back then. While it may seem like before was better but it really wasn’t. I could tell you story’s but I don’t feel that’s appropriate right here right now.

Yep back then things were very unpredictable and very shaky, things have been calmer now but there is much more we can improve on.
