I just dropped 100 nuke crates on the tyranika server, for now the nuke crates spawn in Tyranika. Later you will be able to produce them with your hangar machines. :)

I’m setting up a 4th computer at my desk right now to run Ubuntu. I already have Mac, Win, and Debian for the databases. Today, Unity finally added the Linux support I was waiting for, so Rival Rebels for Linux is on its way. :)

Hey, thank you for the offer! We will definitely need help with the translations. An edition in return sounds fair, but keep in mind is a long commitment.
The RR mod was translated to 14 languages by human fans :), (we never used automatic translators).

1. You are not blind :) Any computer after 2010 should work fine, the graphics settings are very extensive. There’s lots of options to change for performance, but obviously better graphics cards will give you smoother and faster gameplay quality. (Windows and Mac work right now, Linux should work with WINE, native build will be soon hopefully.)

2. The chat is going to be replaced very soon, I’ll see what the best way to avoid extremely long names is, i don’t think anyone likes the name truncation :P

3. All good, I can understand! We are going to have translations to many languages, (except chinese, their alphabet is over 60000 characters…)

Hello,

Just to keep you up to date with the RR game developing.

1. The Robo Turrets and Deltoids are working better and are more playable now. More tweaking and further development is still needed.
2. As I announced in the vid, the Rival Rebels Book is almost done. The story is very good and I’m done with the formatting. But I’m still going through lots of corrections, grammar, typos and consistency.
3. I’m developing the new site, that will allow us to merge all the game functionality. Player inventory, credits, ranks, faction and guild membership etc. The new site will be written in C# (programming language) like the game. I will try to keep the style and data of our current site.

No, the game objectives are not done yet, we are still in alpha, but the game is playable. I mean, you can use the ships, go places and respawn, PVP, build and attack deltoids and turrets, customize your player and ship, and nuke stuff.

The New Dragon is now part of Rival Rebels exclusive building systems. I’m still improving the aiming, and adding a couple more features to this coming alpha build 16. It’s already extremely vicious, and very destructive!

Can you go to %APPDATA% by typing it in the finder window’s path bar, then go up one folder and go into /LocalLow/Rival Rebels Studios/Rival Rebels/output_log.txt and copy paste that here?

@ Shadow Roles are bound only to the story and they are not related nor inspired in any way by the “display name” holder.

@Sour the Digital copy will be a free download for Funder Edition holders. I’ll see what formats are the most convenient (like PDF, or Kindle) and I would like to add some illustrations. The paper copy may be self published and sold directly (I can’t deal with the shipping) and I’d like to use a sustainable source or recycled paper if possible, (I don’t know the price).

@Max the TOS already covers it (for legal reasons) but I like to have consent anyways so that I use the display names of the people who are going to appreciate the cameo :)
