I just wanna come out and say this, I was the one who made the final decision on you. There are a few key factors that come into play here, one of which being your very unpredictable behavior. Furthermore, I don’t feel that you will take your job seriously enough, even if you will, I’d rather not take that chance (right now). Another thing, IC holds lots of responsibility that I don’t think you’re ready for yet, and the community is not ready to have you in a position of such power.

1 hour till Christmas day for me, got some awesome and memorable presents tonight. This includes a new keyboard, mouse and mousepad. The mousepad belonged to my cousin who died last year, he was hit by a car going to school. He was a PC gamer, and went to Virginia Tech majoring in engineering. This is by far the best x-mas I’ve ever had, and I balled my eyes out when I received the gift. Anyways, hope you all got AWESOME gifts (if you do celebrate x-mas that is), and are having a great time this weekend!
